What we collect.
This website collects only what you send us through the contact form: your name, company, work email, industry, and an optional message. Nothing else. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no data collected in the background. If you email us directly instead, we hold whatever your message contains — nothing more.
How we use it.
Your inquiry is delivered to wmk@igniq.ai by an email relay (Cloudflare Pages Functions with MailChannels) and used for one purpose: replying to you. Inquiries are stored in email only. We do not add you to mailing lists, share your details with third parties, or use them for marketing.
Cookies and tracking.
This site sets no analytics cookies and uses no tracking pixels or third-party advertising technology. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may keep standard server logs for security and operations under its own privacy policy.
Retention and deletion.
We keep your inquiry only as long as our correspondence is useful. To have it deleted, email wmk@igniq.ai and we will remove it from our mailbox. We cannot recall copies already delivered to your own email provider.
Changes and contact.
