IGNIQ — DECISION-FIRST AI

The AI that checks its work.

IGNIQ is a private AI team for your business — finance, legal, sales, operations — working around the clock and stress-testing every answer before it reaches your desk. It runs on your infrastructure: your data never leaves. You make the call.

THE ONLY QUESTION THAT MATTERS

Why should you care?

Because AI already answers fast — but you still can't act on what it says without checking everything yourself.

Everyone raced to make AI faster.

Nobody asked if the answers were worth acting on.

That gap is IGNIQ.

Every AI gives you an answer. IGNIQ gives you the decision — challenged, verified, and worth acting on.

Every business runs on the same departments — finance, legal, sales, operations. Agentic AI can staff them with a hundred agents. So can we. That's table stakes: automation gives you your time back.

IGNIQ adds the part that matters:
answers worth acting on.

You don't need a hundred agents. You need a system that thinks.

THE PLATFORM

A team, not a chatbot.

Like walking to a colleague's office — your people visit a dedicated Room for every department, staffed by expert AI agents trained on that domain. The Rooms consult each other, so you never coordinate between departments yourself.

Finance

"Prepare the Q3 cash forecast" — done in minutes.

Legal

"Flag the risk in this supplier contract" — instant.

Operations

"Audit our onboarding for gaps" — complete.

+ Sales · Marketing · Compliance · HR — every department, one platform.

SalesMarketingComplianceHR

Every department, one platform.

What you're buying.

In one line: IGNIQ is a private AI team for your business that checks its own work — installed on your infrastructure.

A private IGNIQ deployment — your own AI team, installed for your business in four weeks, then a monthly subscription. Dedicated departments trained on your documents, your rules, your way of working; every answer verified before you see it; all of it on infrastructure you control.

One installation, then a monthly subscription — sized to your business.

Next step: a 20-minute working session on one of your real decisions. No deck, no pitch.

THE VERIFICATION LAYER · PATENTS PENDING — 64/077,557 · 64/111,030

Every answer earns its way to your desk.

Fighter pilots don't take off without a brief — every threat accounted for, every assumption stress-tested before wheels leave the ground. The pilot still flies the mission. The brief makes sure the mission is worth flying. IGNIQ builds that brief into every decision your business makes.

Your Largest Account Wants a Cut to Renew
Anchor client · $840K / yr · 6-yr multi-year contract · 21% margin
Renewal in 18 days · Demand: −15% or it goes out to bid · Flagged by: Account Agent
The call — hold firm, meet them partway, or let them walk?
The Ask
−15%
$126K of annual margin — on a $840K, 6-year account
Base Rate
22%
of anchor accounts that threaten to bid actually leave — most are negotiating
If You Concede
Renewal secured — but $126K margin gone, and next cycle anchors to the lower price
If They Walk
$840K / yr gone — ~14% of revenue — plus the references and referrals that came with it
Verification Layer · 4 of 4 passed · is the threat real, or a tactic?
Reversibility: hold-and-counter keeps every option open — a signed cut does not
Source independence: 3 signals — CRM history, the buyer's email, current market pricing
Base rate validated against 340 comparable anchor accounts
The threat reads as a negotiating tactic, not a real departure — no correlated-error convergence

If You Pass
Capacity and cash protected — a marquee reference goes to a competitor
Verification Layer · 4 of 4 passed · can you deliver it without breaking what you've promised?
Reversibility: committing crews and cash is hard to unwind mid-delivery — priced in
Source independence: 3 signals — RFP terms, your cost model, comparable-bid history
Win-odds validated against 3 comparable tenders
No correlated-error convergence in the estimate

Your Main Supplier Just Doubled Your Lead Time

on ~60% of orders — about $88K / yr of margin exposure
Switch Failure Rate

new vendors miss the first order's spec or date
If You Absorb
Margin down ~$88K / yr — but every commitment stays safe
If You Switch
Possible savings — but an 8-week qualification gap risks a stockout on live jobs
Verification Layer · 4 of 4 passed · what's the true switching cost?
Reversibility: a rushed switch is costly to reverse mid-contract — flagged
Source independence: 3 independent quotes benchmarked against the current supplier
Base rate validated against your own switching history
No correlated-error convergence across quotes

RAW ANSWERS INDEPENDENT SOURCES? WHAT DOES HISTORY SAY? ARGUED AGAINST ITSELF ONE VERIFIED ANSWER YOUR CALL RAW ANSWERS INDEPENDENT SOURCES? WHAT DOES HISTORY SAY? ARGUED AGAINST ITSELF ONE VERIFIED ANSWER YOUR CALL

Every answer passes through one core. What fails, you never see. What reaches you, you can act on.

If an answer fails a gate, you never see it. There is no off switch.

Verification isn't a module, an add-on, or next year's roadmap. It's the architecture — every answer passes through it, and nothing can switch it off.

Our verification architecture is protected by two U.S. provisional filings — the first covers the non-bypassable adversarial layer; the second extends it to the evidence and the decision itself.

THE FLYWHEEL

Every day, sharper.

COMPLETE INTELLIGENCE RIGHTDECISION RIGHT OUTCOME COMPOUNDINGKNOWLEDGE accelerating EVERY CYCLE

Every decision your firm makes with IGNIQ compounds into institutional memory. The flywheel accelerates. Your competitors are not on it.

SECURE BY ARCHITECTURE

Your data never leaves. By design, not by policy.

Private & self-hosted

Your deployment runs on infrastructure you control, sovereign to your jurisdiction. No shared cloud.

Nothing phones home

No telemetry, no usage logs, no training on your data. Not to a vendor, not to us. Ever.

Verified before it compounds

Every insight retained by your firm's memory was stress-tested first. It grows — and stays accurate.

WHERE YOUR DATA GOES

Not "in-region." Not a retention agreement with someone else's cloud. Your deployment runs on your infrastructure — your data never leaves. There is no percentage.

The Mark

Our logo is an eclipse. The status quo — software built to keep you subscribed, AI that answers fast and never asks if the answer was worth acting on — is the old light. IGNIQ is what rises when it goes dark. The eclipse of the status quo.

WHY I BUILT IGNIQ

I built the system I wanted to run my own business.

I didn't set out to start an AI company. I set out to run my own business better — and the tool I wanted didn't exist, so I built it.

I built it for three reasons.

01I was done with software designed to please me and keep me subscribed. I didn't want a system tuned to hold my attention. I wanted one tuned to sharpen my judgment.

02When a decision matters, I don't want a fast answer — I want to be right. I want intelligence that has already challenged itself, so the confidence I feel is earned, not sold to me.

03And it has to be mine. My data, my infrastructure, my intelligence — sovereign and independent. No one should ever be able to flip a switch and take it away.

I didn't build a better tool. I built the one I needed. That's IGNIQ.
